Quick answers
Open the Asnan+ app, go to My Appointments, and tap the appointment you want to change. You'll see reschedule and cancel options there. You can also email us and we'll help directly.
Try the 'Forgot password' link on the login screen. If that doesn't work, reach us at support@asnan.sa with your registered email address and we'll get you back in quickly.
We take safety seriously. Use the in-app 'Report an issue' button on any appointment, or email us directly at support@asnan.sa. We review every report within 24 hours.
